Previously there was a sell-off in mid-Sept to early Nov 2019.
Now the momentum has come back.
You can see that EMA 50 is above EMA 150, and EMA 150 is above EMA 200 line.
This is a good indication of a strong uptrend.
With a dividend yield of 5.70%, this is quite a good yield number for the income investors.
Definitely better than FD.
So far, 2019 YTD it has gained about 12.6% already.
Congrats to the shareholders.
Of course, during the sell-off, the yield will be better for those that accumulated the stock during end Oct/early Nov.
YTL Hospitality REIT just declared a higher dividend on 26 Nov 2019, at 1.96 cents, vs 1.92 cents on 23 Nov 2018.
This is good news.
This is the reason the stock keep inching higher.
Some analyst projected the target price to be RM1.56.
So there is still a potential upside.
Do take note YTL REIT owns some of the best luxurious hotels in the region.
With a portfolio of JW Marriot Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Niseko Village, Sydney Harbour Marriot, Brisbane Marriot and Melbourne Marriot, YTL REIT places itself as one of the best REIT to own.
