KLSE Best Dividend Stock for 2020

With the drop of the KLSE recently, we are seeing a lot of opportunities presents itself to us.

Many of the companies are at oversold zone.

Since the share price has dropped a lot, some of the company dividend yields is starting to look very attractive.

So I screened some stocks that have more than 8% dividend yield and summarise it with some of the fundamentals of the company.

Some of the familiar counters are Zhulian, Hektar, HEVEA, BAT and BAuto.

For income-seeking investors, you can look at these company and check whether the dividend yield is sustainable or not.

For the dividend yield to be sustainable, we need to make sure that the distribution unit is consistent throughout the past few years. Best is at least for the past 5 years.

We can see that the dividend yield is improving and growing since 2015.

Therefore we can look further to look at the fundamentals of the company.
