Lesson 1 - Diversification

It is interesting that Warren Buffet do holds quite a lot of stocks - up to 46 stocks.

This just shows us that it is important to diversify our portfolio to reduce risk and capture opportunities for various market rotation condition.

Lesson 2 - Buy Index ETF

We also see that Warren Buffet also holds VOO & SPY.

One of the best performance in the world is definitely the US market.

Lesson 3 - Focus on Strong Companies

The top holdings of Warren Buffet is Apple.

This is quite impressive, as it consists of 40% of his entire portfolio!

The value of Apple holdings is about USD $ 108 billions.

Apple is the biggest company in the world as well.

It is important to focus on strong fundamentally company.

Other strong stocks like Coca-Cola, Bank of America, Visa, Mastercard, Amazon, Procter & Gamble & Johnson & Johnson are some of the companies that I am quite familiar.

Conclusion

It is important for us to have a strong portfolio of great companies.

And with so many stocks being held by Warren Buffet, it seems that I have more work to do to study the rest of the companies that I am not so familiar yet.
