The Effects of OPR Cut

The effect of OPR rate cut is that it will impact the FD interest rate., where it will be much lower now.

Therefore, with the return from FD is much lower now, suggest investors to look for other investment vehicles that can give higher returns, depending on your investment objectives.

While at the same time, you will also receive from your banker that the mortgage loan rate is also reduced as well.

With a lower interest rate now, loans will be much affordable now.

With lesser money needed to pay for loan, there will be more money on the hands of the people.

Thus, it expects to get the consumers to spend more on the economy so that the economy will be stirred.

Nevertheless, we always suggest investors to spend smartly.

Always put the money on assets and not on liabilities and more expenses.

Get more assets that can generate more cashflow.

Cash is king now.

So invest more, rather than spend more.

Happy Investing! 😉
